interested in.

on a local tour.
4. Search the area of interest
with in your price range. This is part of the

5. Seeing and experiencing homes and floor plans will help refine your understanding
of what you want.

6. When you find a home you want I will
prepare a home price evaluation and work
with you on your offer.
7. I will present your offer and negotiate it for you as if it were my

and escrow.
9. During escrow I will work with you so that you understand all the
disclosures, inspections,
paperwork and transfer of the property to you.
10. After escrows closes my help doesn't stop. I will be their for you to answer
